In this poem the poet says that he sings and celebrates him self.he says that every atom of his blood belongs to himself.the speaker also by this soil and air. He says that our parents are born by their parents the since the poet says that he is thirty seven years old and the is healthy.he says that he is ready every danger in his life. He to says that life is not a bad of roses. It is full of struggle. He suggested us that we should enjoy your life. He says that    we should be always happy and try to made others happy.
